About Ken

Ken Rosenthal is counsel at Mills & Mills LLP with more than 20 years of experience in business, entertainment, and intellectual property law. As a contracts specialist, he represents clients in the media, software, and technology industries and has advised major North American companies on cross-border transactions. Ken acts for business owners and individuals, regularly representing television, film, animation, and social media content producers, financiers, distributors, and technology companies, and negotiates commercial agreements on their behalf. He was called to the bar in 1992 and holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario (1987), an LLB from the University of Toronto (1990), and training in negotiation and mediation from Harvard/MIT (1993). He belongs to the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution.
