About Laura

Laura Feehan is a litigation lawyer with over ten years of experience, focused primarily on construction law, commercial disputes, and defending professional negligence claims, with additional experience in wills, estates, and personal injury disputes. She has represented clients in disputes involving professional negligence allegations, breach of contract, delay and disruption claims, and insurance coverage issues, for contractors, developers, property owners, engineers, and architects. She has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta and is also experienced in mediation and arbitration. She joined Emery Jamieson as an articling student in 2014 and became a partner in 2022.
