Gomez assists clients with regulatory and commercial issues relating to foods, drugs, natural health products, cosmetics, medical devices, cannabis, consumer products, and controlled drugs. She has particular experience in advising clients on product licensing, advertising, packaging and labelling, and regulatory compliance. She advises and represents clients interacting with Health Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and provincial and territorial regulators.
