About Laura
Laura Culleton is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring Group of Osler's Toronto office. Her corporate and commercial practice centres on restructurings run under the Canada Business Corporations Act, the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. She has acted for debtors, for creditors and for court-appointed officers in large insolvencies, including matters spanning more than one country. Culleton has argued before every level of court in Ontario and before the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds a JD from Queen's University and a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
