About Lathia
Lathia Stubbs is a partner at MacGillivray Law in Halifax who has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia. She holds an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies, Cavehill, and an LL.M. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University (2016), along with an accreditation certificate from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. She was called to the bar in the Bahamas in 2015 and in Nova Scotia in 2018, and she is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the Bahamas Bar Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers NS.
