About Laryssa

Laryssa Bogucki practices corporate and commercial law, working with clients on financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, along with wills, powers of attorney and estate administration and a growing residential and commercial real estate practice. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2019 and the Nunavut Bar in 2025, after earning her J.D. and B.A. (Hons) from the University of Manitoba. Laryssa is Director of the Elmwood Community Resource Centre and mentors law students through the Manitoba Bar Association's Mentorship Program.
