About Peter
Peter is one of the province's leading securities lawyers, advising issuers and investors on takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and private and public offerings of debt and equity securities, along with public company disclosure and corporate governance matters. He acts for private equity funds and venture capital clients across agriculture, technology, communications, real estate, mining and energy. Peter serves on the Board of Directors of the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba and received his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors-Rotman Directors Education Program in 2026.
