About Lana
Lana Li maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial landlord/tenant disputes, creditors' remedies, and select family law disputes, including personal injury defence, family law matters involving corporate assets, and lease-related counsel. She has conducted numerous Supreme Court trials and mediations, appeared in Federal Court and Tax Court, and authored multiple published articles through the Canadian Bar Association and the CLE Society. She holds an LLB from the University of British Columbia and was called to the bar in 1989. She was an elected member of the CBA Provincial Council (1999-2005), a director of the Continuing Legal Education Society (2001-2007), and an Adjunct Professor of Creditors' Remedies at the UBC Faculty of Law (1995-1998), and holds a Martindale Peer Review Rating of BV Distinguished.
