Lambert Kwok, a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, serves as Counsel to Pinto Shekib LLP. Before entering private practice, he worked as a Crown prosecutor handling criminal cases in the Brampton and Mississauga courthouse, among the busiest criminal jurisdictions in the country, where he prosecuted high-profile cases including charges of murder, kidnapping, human trafficking, and sexual assault. He prosecuted more than 500 impaired driving cases and later led the prosecutorial team for the Peel Regional Police's Major Collisions Bureau, handling investigations and prosecutions involving offences like dangerous driving, criminal negligence, and impaired driving, all resulting in death, along with careless driving causing a fatality. Since moving into private practice, he has defended clients facing charges related to drugs, firearms, fraud, domestic violence, organized crime, youth offences, and impaired driving, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
