About Kyra
Kyra became an associate at Babin Bessner Spry LLP in 2024, having earlier joined the firm as a summer and placement student in 2022 before returning as an associate-in-training after her call to the bar in fall 2023. She was part of the first graduating class at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she co-founded the Women's Legal Education Association and sat on its inaugural equity, diversity and inclusion council. Before law school, she completed an Honours B.A. at Western University with a specialization in Media, Information and Technoculture, and led the Faculty of Information and Media Studies student council. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, Young Women in the Law, and the Women's Law Association of Ontario.
