About Kyle

Kyle is a partner at O'Dea Earle whose practice focuses on personal injury, employment, and union-side labour law. He has argued cases at all levels of court and is a frequent speaker and lecturer for the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Canadian Bar Association, and various legal conferences and community organizations. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from Memorial University, where he received the University Medal in Philosophy, and completed his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School on a full-tuition scholarship. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2013. Kyle has served on the Law Society's Access to Justice Committee and was formerly chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Constitutional and Human Rights Law Section.
