About Kristy

Kristy Moore earned her law degree at the University of Sussex in England before moving to Canada. She began her career representing injured clients in personal injury and disability cases. She later worked as an insurance defence lawyer for a downtown Toronto firm, which gave her insight into how insurers assess and fight personal injury and disability claims. She now applies that background to help her clients reach fair and timely outcomes. Moore's practice today centers on personal injury litigation, covering car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, dog bites, and disability claims. She regularly appears at the License Appeal Tribunal, Small Claims Court, and the Superior Court of Justice on behalf of her clients.
