About Kristi

Kristi Sargeant-Kerr joined Scott Petrie LLP in 2017 and specializes in all aspects of condominium and real estate law, including development, governance, management, litigation, and purchase and sale transactions. Kristi Sargeant-Kerr received an Honours B.A. from McMaster University before completing an LL.B. at the University of Ottawa in 2002 and being called to the bar in 2003. After returning to London, Kristi Sargeant-Kerr articled and worked as an associate focused on litigation from both plaintiff and defence perspectives, experience that supports assessing matters from multiple angles. Kristi Sargeant-Kerr sits on the Advisory Committee of the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario and on the Board of Directors of the London and Area Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute, serving as Secretary and Education Committee Co-Chair. Kristi Sargeant-Kerr is also active in the Middlesex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, and volunteers with local non-profit organizations supporting women and children.
