Chris Hamber is a Partner and Practice Group Lead of Harrison Pensa LLP's Business and Financial Services Group, advising lenders and borrowers on secured commercial transactions, with particular experience in multi-unit residential and commercial land development. Hamber counsels U.S. banks on cross-border lending into Canada, represents creditors and receivers in court-appointed receivership sales, and serves as Ontario counsel for one of Canada's largest agricultural real estate investment vehicles, advising producers, buyers, sellers, lenders, and commodities marketers.
