Donald W. Kilpatrick has practised family law in London, Ontario since 1976, after being called to the Ontario bar that year. Kilpatrick practises exclusively in family law, handling divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, equalization of property, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements, and court appearances on motions and trials. Kilpatrick also prepares wills for clients.
