About Krista
Krista F. Hill is a partner at Torys, where she co-leads the Infrastructure and Energy practice group. She recently finished a term on the firm's Executive Committee and helped establish its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Her practice covers large, novel energy and infrastructure deals, and she often leads sizeable negotiating teams. Krista once held an adjunct teaching post at the University of Toronto's law school in energy and natural resources law, and now sits on its Law Alumni Association Council. The university honored her with a 2024 Arbor Award. She also serves as a director of the Canadian Nuclear Association and the Canadian Nuclear Law Organization, chaired The York School's board, and has supported Rainbow Railroad, a charity aiding LGBTQ2S+ people fleeing persecution, over two terms on its board.
