About Elena

Elena is an associate practising primarily in corporate and commercial transactions, bankruptcy and insolvency, and wills, estates and trusts. Originally from Peru, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2025, where she received multiple academic awards including two Schulich Scholarships and the David M. Jones Memorial Award. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, and co-authored a research thesis with the U.S. Department of State.
