About Kimberly
Kim Jossul joined Hooper Law in 2019 after many years at a well-known insurance defence boutique in Hamilton, an experience that gives her particular insight into how insurers approach personal injury and long-term disability claims. She was admitted to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2006, having earned her Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science with honours, also from Queen's, in 2002. Kim belongs to the Hamilton Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Hamilton Lawyers' Club and The Advocates' Society.
