Sean Hayward joined Hooper Law in 2025 to expand the firm's medical negligence practice, having previously been a partner at a Cambridge boutique focused exclusively on medical negligence. His work includes complex claims involving obstetrical care, surgical complications, delayed diagnoses, and hospital policy failures. He earned his Juris Doctor from Queen's University in 2014 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2015, and is a past chair of the OTLA Medical Malpractice Section.
