About David
David Ionico is a partner at McHugh Ionico Boer LLP, where he leads the firm's Real Estate and Land Development departments. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 2016. His practice covers land development, commercial real estate, and corporate-commercial matters, and he regularly assists land developers and builders with land acquisition, subdivision and condominium approvals, and unit sales. He also advises clients on corporate structuring, reorganizations, and secured lending. David is the 2025 Chair of the West End Home Builders' Association and has been active with the Ontario Home Builders' Association, and is also a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
