About Kimberley

Kimberley Santerre practises family law and mediation, handling arbitration, mediation and negotiation on property division, spousal and child support, parental responsibilities, guardianship, relocation and parenting time matters in the BC Supreme Court. Santerre's cases often involve corporations, partnerships, trusts and real estate, and Santerre drafts cohabitation and prenuptial agreements. Santerre is active with the Canadian Bar Association and teaches as an adjunct professor at UBC's law school.
