About Laura

Laura Allan is a Vancouver-based family law lawyer and co-founder of Nasser Allan LLP. Her practice focuses on high-conflict family litigation, with particular experience in matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and appeals to the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She regularly represents clients in parenting and guardianship disputes, family property division, and spousal and child support claims, including income determination issues, along with urgent protection and conduct-related applications. Laura received a Faculty of Law degree with honours from the University of Sydney in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago in 2003, and became a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2015. She is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia.
