Sarah Leung is a Vancouver-based divorce lawyer and family law litigator with significant trial experience before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, focused on the strategic and efficient resolution of complex family law and divorce disputes. Born in England and raised in Hong Kong before immigrating to Canada, she brings an international, cross-cultural perspective to her practice, including high net worth divorce matters, complex employment income issues, business and corporate structures, and contested parenting disputes. Leung holds an LL.B. (2007) and a B.Sc. (2004), both from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2008. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, she frequently represents Chinese-speaking clients in cross-border and transnational family matters.
