Alan Frydenlund practises lending and security law, advising on secured debt financings and, as a barrister, conducting foreclosures, receiverships and insolvency litigation across several Canadian provinces. Frydenlund's clients include major financial institutions, insurance companies and high-net-worth individuals, and since 1983 has worked on significant BC financings and security realizations in the real estate, resort and industrial sectors. Frydenlund previously led Interlaw's banking and finance division for North America.
