About Kim

Kim Patenaude graduated from the French Program of the Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law and is fluently bilingual, providing legal services in French and English in employment, labour, and human rights law. She advises individual clients on wrongful and constructive dismissal, severance packages, non-compete clauses, long-term disability claims, WSIB matters, discrimination, and accommodation, and has acted before federal and provincial courts, boards, tribunals, and arbitrators for both unions and employees. She was called to the bar in 2003, holding an LL.B. (2002) and BSocSc (1999), both from the University of Ottawa.
