About Edward

Edward Keyes, KC, is Cox & Palmer's New Brunswick Managing Partner and the Saint John office Managing Partner. He was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1991 after studying at the University of New Brunswick, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2018. Ed maintains a general litigation practice spanning civil, commercial, banking and insolvency, personal injury, employment, and construction matters, and also has a broad corporate and commercial practice acting on incorporations, commercial contracts, and franchise agreements. He chairs disciplinary hearing panels for the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada, and is a past president of the Canadian Bar Association's New Brunswick Branch.
