About Caroline
Caroline Marful is an associate at Torys who practices corporate and environmental law. Her work touches on mergers and acquisitions, sustainability initiatives, climate change issues, and corporate governance. While in law school, she took on roles as both a teaching assistant and a research assistant. She was also selected as a Fellow of the McGill Transformative Business Law Summer Academy and served as president of the Queen's University chapter of the Black Law Students' Association. Alongside these roles, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Before starting law school, Caroline held a position as a Program Consultant with the Ontario Public Service's Treasury Board Secretariat.
