About Kevin
Kevin Zhou is an Associate Lawyer in RAR Litigation's Commercial Litigation group. He acts for institutions, corporations, and owner-operated businesses across a broad range of commercial disputes, including franchise, commercial leasing, breach of contract, shareholder, and insolvency-related matters, along with enforcement and recovery work in multiple Canadian jurisdictions. Kevin has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and he is known for staying closely involved with each file and communicating with clients throughout. Before joining the firm he was a finalist and Top Oralist in the McCarthy Tetrault Cup moot. He earned his J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2023 and a B.A. from McGill University in 2020, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. He speaks English, conversational French, and conversational Mandarin.
