About Kevin

Kevin R. Mitchell is a partner practising commercial and condominium litigation. He handles complex commercial disputes for individuals and corporations and condominium litigation under the Ontario Condominium Act, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court and the Condominium Authority Tribunal. He earned his J.D. from Western University in 2012 and an M.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
