About Kevin

Kevin Shnier advises clients on commercial, IT, and corporate legal matters, including negotiating and drafting SaaS and software licensing agreements, partnership and vendor contracts, procurement proposals, shareholder agreements, and consulting arrangements for companies such as Securitas Canada, AudienceView Ticketing, Public Inc, and Addictive Mobility. Acting as corporate counsel, he handles commercial contracting, intellectual property management, litigation oversight, and HR matters, and he advises growth-company leadership on corporate structuring, financing rounds, M&A transactions, and strategic partnership arrangements. Kevin previously worked at Edgestone Capital Partners, where he served in the Private Equity Fund Group as an associate, evaluating a range of industries and potential target companies based on their attractiveness and growth prospects, and negotiating letters of intent and transaction documents. He began practising law in Boston, where he worked with early-stage technology companies and advised private equity and venture capital general partners.
