About Kevin

A senior IP litigator and partner in the Toronto office, Sartorio covers all areas of IP contentious work including patent, design, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation. He has appeared in numerous trial and appellate matters before all levels of courts, including four times in the Supreme Court of Canada, notably in CCH Canadian Ltd. v. Law Society of Upper Canada.
