About Simon

Simon is a Calgary partner in Osler's Energy Group, advising on conventional and renewable energy projects as well as offshore and LNG development. His work includes structuring and negotiating power purchase agreements for renewable projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams through the acquisition and divestiture of energy assets. Simon has particular experience with offshore joint bidding and operating arrangements, along with the commercial aspects of LNG projects spanning upstream assets, pipelines and transportation.
