About Kevin
Kevin Bushell is an associate with Osler's Intellectual Property Group, covering all facets of IP work with an emphasis on litigation. He has appeared before the Trademark Opposition Board, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the Federal Court. Prior to Osler, Kevin worked at a boutique national IP firm and clerked at the Federal Court. He holds a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Victoria and an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University, and previously worked as a cancer researcher examining the genetics of human and veterinary cancers.
