Bruce Walkinshaw practices family law and child protection law at Guardian Law, with experience in negotiation, mediation, and litigation before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. As a trained mediator, he focuses on helping families with child custody, visitation, and parenting arrangements, and assists parents in disputes with the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Walkinshaw completed his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia and his law degree at the University of New Brunswick, where he interned at the New Brunswick Court of Appeal and studied for a semester at Xiamen University in China. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
