About Kent
Kent Burnham is a retired partner and former head of the civil litigation practice group at Nixon Wenger LLP. His practice covered a wide range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction, contract, employment, and land disputes, and he appeared at every level of court in British Columbia. Burnham also worked as a mediator and Qualified Arbitrator, helping clients resolve disputes outside of court. He earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1988 and an LLB from the University of Victoria in 1993, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994. He is a director of the North Okanagan Hospice Society and a member of the BC Arbitration and Mediation Institute.
