About Kevin

Kevin Hyde has been a litigation lawyer with Murphy Battista LLP since 2018, focusing on personal injury claims, medical malpractice claims, motor vehicle accidents (ICBC claims), slip and fall claims, insurance denial claims, commercial litigation claims, defamation claims, and employment law and human rights matters. He has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court and the BC Court of Appeal. Kevin earned his LLB from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008 and a BA from the University of British Columbia in 2002, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2009. He has served as a director and former treasurer of the Surrey Bar Association.
