About Kenneth
Ken's practice is now devoted entirely to alternate dispute resolution, with particular focus on personal injury, property and casualty, disability, life, and general liability insurance matters. As a litigator earlier in his career, he appeared before every level of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as tribunals such as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, and the Ontario Municipal Board. Much of his current work involves arbitrating loss transfer, priority, and coverage disputes, and he has authored several notable decisions in these areas. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1973 and was called to the bar in 1975. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, and the Toronto Personal Injury Mediators Practice Group.
