About Kendall

Kendall (Dell) Dyck is an associate at TDS whose practice focuses primarily on privacy and data protection law, wills and estate planning and administration, and Aboriginal law. She is Metis, from the Red River Settlement, and advises for-profit and not-for-profit clients on access-to-information requests, anti-spam compliance, and compliance with privacy laws including PIPEDA, CASL, FIPPA, and PHIA. Her estate practice includes drafting wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and assisting with estate administration and probate, with a particular interest in serving Indigenous clients. Dell was a summer student at TDS in 2017 and 2018, returned as an articling student in 2019, and joined as an associate in 2020. She holds a certificate in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and belongs to the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Dell earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Winnipeg in 2012 and her J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2019, and was called to the Manitoba bar in June 2020.
