About Johanna

Johanna practises primarily in taxation law, advising businesses, trust professionals, foundations and high-net-worth individuals on estate planning, including cross-border planning, business succession, trusts and complex estate administration. She also advises on pension plans, benefit trusts and executive compensation, and supports mergers and acquisitions transactions. Johanna was a clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada after graduating as gold medallist from the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law, and she co-leads the firm's associate development committee.
