About Kendra

Kendra E. Goertzen joined Loewen & Martens as an associate in 2008. Her practice focuses on family law and child protection, and she also practises collaborative law as a member of Collaborative Practice of Manitoba. She has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba and accepts Legal Aid certificates. She earned a B.A. in Conflict Resolution and Sociology from the University of Winnipeg in 2000 and an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 2004, and was called to the bar in 2006. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Manitoba Bar Association, serves as treasurer of the Child Protection Defence Lawyers Association, and is Vice Chair of the West Broadway Community Organization.
