About Ken

Ken Armstrong was called to the British Columbia bar in 1996 after earning his LLB from the University of Alberta. He has maintained a civil litigation practice for nearly three decades, having appeared in more than 45 Supreme Court of British Columbia trials and multiple Court of Appeal arguments, primarily in employment law, major loss insurance claims, and general commercial litigation, before all levels of BC courts, the Tax Court of Canada, the Human Rights Tribunal, and Canada Labour Code adjudicators. He served as President of the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch (2019-20) and of the New Westminster Bar Association (2004-05), and was appointed King's Counsel in December 2020.
