About Charles

Charles (Charlie) Winch is associate counsel at Watson Goepel's West Vancouver office, practising general corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and restructuring, shareholder relations, and commercial leasing, alongside an active wills, trusts, and estates practice. He earned his LL.B. from UBC in 1975 and his B.Com from UBC in 1974, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1976.
