About Emma

Emma O'Dea joined Icon Law Group in 2022 after earning her JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2019. She handles insurance disputes, civil litigation, wills variation claims, family law, and child protection matters, with experience conducting trials and negotiating settlements in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. During law school she took part in the Human Rights Law Club, the Women in Law Club, and Pro Bono Students Canada, and interned at the TRU Community Legal Clinic.
