Wills, Estates & TrustsLinda Cunningham is the principal lawyer at Cunningham & Co. She graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (with Distinction), a Certificate of Legal Studies, and a Liberal Arts Certificate from Simon Fraser University. During her studies she received the David Roberts Prize in Legal Writing, the Allan McEachern Memorial Scholarship in Law, and the Kevin B. Westell Award in Law. She has worked for the Canada Revenue Agency, the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division, and several start-up companies, and has a background as a project manager turning early-stage ideas into structured businesses. She has also worked on training artificial intelligence systems to perform legal tasks and is an author for the Intellectual Property & Technology module at Practical Guidance at LexisNexis Canada. Her practice covers corporate law, contract review and drafting, commercial agreements, business purchase and sale, and wills and estate planning. Linda is fluent in Vietnamese and is a member of the Vietnamese Professional Association and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
