Wills, Estates & TrustsKelsie McNeill's core work includes Aboriginal title and treaty rights, consultation and accommodation, and governance support, with additional practice areas covering wills and estates. She previously held research positions at the University of Victoria Law School, conducting research to identify spaces for Indigenous governance within sectors including forestry in British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Queen's University, a Master of Applied Science in water resources engineering from the University of Guelph, and a JD/JID from the University of Victoria Law School's dual-degree program. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia (2023), the Law Society of Yukon (2024), and the Canadian Bar Association (2023), and hopes to support Indigenous nations in navigating the Canadian legal system while reasserting and revitalizing their traditional legal systems.
