About Kelly
Kelly is Counsel at BOYNECLARKE LLP, practising business and franchise law for clients across professional, retail, real estate and industrial sectors. He focuses on business structuring, financing and the acquisition and sale of businesses, with particular experience advising dentists and other health-care professionals. Kelly earned his LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 2002 and a BA from the University of Calgary in 1999. He's a longtime volunteer with the Kiwanis Club of Dartmouth and vice-president of the Halifax branch of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law Alumni Association.
