About Sara

Sara Scott, P.Eng., is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's Halifax office, called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2005. She represents financial institutions, businesses, professional liability insurers and individuals on family and tax matters, receivership and foreclosure proceedings, and professional liability claims involving engineers, architects and surveyors. Scott holds an LLB (2004) and a B.Sc. in Engineering (1997), both from the University of New Brunswick, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick. She has been rated by Lexpert for insolvency and financial restructuring.
