About Kellie
Kellie is a member of OMH's Labour and Employment and Civil Litigation groups, representing both employers and employees in matters such as wrongful and constructive dismissal, human rights complaints, pension disputes, grievance arbitrations, occupational health and safety issues, and breach of restrictive covenants. She also drafts employment policies, contracts, and termination letters, and advises employers on workplace discipline. While she works toward early resolution where possible, Kellie has litigated a wide range of matters before boards, tribunals, and the Ontario Superior Court, including its commercial list. At Queen's University's law school she won several academic awards, including the W. Leonard prize in Evidence and the Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg prize in Corporations and Taxation, and she also holds a B.A. from McMaster University. Before joining OMH, she practised employment and complex commercial litigation at a Toronto litigation boutique. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2012 and volunteers on several community boards in Oakville.
