About Keith

Keith practises commercial law with an emphasis on securities, covering initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, secondary financings, and mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of issuers and underwriters. He also advises companies on securities reporting obligations, corporate governance, and general commercial drafting, and has worked on long-form, short-form, shelf, capital pool company, bought deal, agency and underwritten prospectus offerings for domestic and international corporations. He earned his Bachelor of Laws with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2005 and was previously a partner in the Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Group of a leading global law firm in Calgary before joining Pushor Mitchell. He is qualified to advise on both British Columbia and Alberta law and is a former chair of the City of Calgary's Aboriginal Urban Affairs Committee.
