About Ryan
Ryan Copeland is a partner at Roper Greyell providing strategic advice and representation to public and private sector clients in labour, employment, and human rights law, including collective bargaining, harassment, absenteeism, and health and safety matters. He represents clients as lead spokesperson at the bargaining table and as counsel in interest arbitrations, litigation, and before labour boards and human rights tribunals. Before law he worked as a BC forest firefighter, ski guide, tree feller, and construction worker. He holds a BSc from the University of British Columbia and an LLB from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2009.
